2. Once that is done, either log in to your existing Bettr Coffee Account or set up an account with us.
3. Click on the Bettr Rewards button, key in your mobile number and you can start to utilise your cash back!
When future purchases are made, your cashback will also be automatically reflected in your account.
Is there a membership fee to join the loyalty program?
No, there is no membership fee to join. It is free for all.
Is there an expiry for my membership?
No, there is no expiry for you membership. Do note that all Cashback Value has an expiry of 365 days from the date of your last transaction earned.
How do I check my cashback / rewards?
You may check your cashback value, by clicking on the Bettr Rewards Icon on the bottom right corner of our website and signing in.
Alternatively, you may sign in via https://advocado.app/ to check on your cashback value and obtain your vouchers.
How do I redeem my birthday cashback or gift?
Birthday Cashback is applicable for those who have completed all fields in their profile on the membership portal: https://advocado.app/
Additional $5 cashback will be issued to your account prior to your birthday month. Head down to our outlets or bettrcoffee.com to enjoy!
T&Cs on Birthday Cashback/Gift:
• Full details of your profile have to be completed at least 2 days before your birthday month
• Birthday Cashback/Gift will be automatically loaded into your account 1 day before the birthday month
Can I get cashback if I buy your products on Shopee or Lazada? How about classes at your academy, Bettr Barista Coffee Academy?
Sadly, not at the moment. Only purchases on bettrcoffee.com or at our retail outlets are applicable for cashback earning and redemption at the moment. You will receive vouchers you can use at our Academy, but our courses do not currently offer cashback benefits.
