STEP 1
SELF EVALUATION

We are looking for franchisees that are aligned with our social business goals. Based on our checklist, are you the right fit?

  • Demonstrate business acumen and a sense of social purpose
  • Be willing to take calculated risks and face challenges
  • Highly motivated and take initiative when necessary
  • Excellent credit and able to fulfil financial requirements ($50K)
  • Preferably with prior managerial/supervisory experience

APPLICATION

STEP 3
ASSESSMENT & EVALUATION

Within 14 days, we will get in touch to assess your suitability to become a Bettr franchisee through feedback sessions and personal interviews. We will provide you with the following:

  • Conduct Preliminary Consultation & Analysis
  • Review Investment Requirements
  • Perform Cost Benefit Analysis
  • Define Community-Driven Social Impact Commitment

STEP 4
QUALIFICATION

Once you have been selected as a Bettr franchise, you will be required to:

  • Present a Business Proposal to the management
  • Sign a Memorandum of Understanding document
  • Make partial payment of the Franchise Fee

STEP 5
CONFIRMATION

Once you have decided to become a Bettr franchisee, you will be required to:

  • Sign the Franchise Agreement document
  • Make balance payment of the Franchise Fee

STEP 6
EXECUTION

Upon completion of all payments and execution of the Franchise Agreement, you will:

  • Select and Design - you will be provided with guidelines and specifications for visual identity and advice relating to renovation and refurbishment of the outlet
  • Present an Annual Marketing Plan and Budget - you will work closely with our marketing team to promote the business
  • Undergo Training - you will be provided with a set of orientation, marketing and operation manuals

STEP 7
GO LIVE!

With on-site support and supervision, you will be ready to start operations of the outlet. Secondment service for well-trained baristas will also be available upon request.

You are now running your own social business and officially a part of the Bettr family!
