What is the minimum order for free delivery?

The minimum order for free delivery within Singapore is SG$50. A delivery fee of SG$5 is applicable for orders below SG$50.

How do you ship my orders?

We ship most of our orders using our 3PL partners (ie. Aramex, Ninjavan, etc) and Singpost. Depending on your order, we might deliver your order using our own fleet.

How do you deliver Cold Brew?

If your order contains any of our Cold Brew products, your order will be delivered using our own delivery fleet. 

Our Cold Brews are made to order and are delivered chilled to ensure their smooth and refreshing taste doesn't get compromised.

How long will it take for my order to arrive after I make payment?

All orders are subject to a processing time of 3-8 working days. However, delivery may be delayed for a few reasons:
- Awaiting fresh batch of coffee beans to be roasted
- Out of Stock
- Public Holiday / Weekends

3PL Partner deliveries typically take 1-3 working days from courier pick-up. 

Singpost Postal Mail deliveries typically take 3-5 working days from postage.
Deliveries from our own fleet are made daily from Mondays to Fridays (except Public Holidays), between 9am to 6pm.

I opted to self-pickup my order, when can I collect it?

You will receive an email notification when the order is ready for pickup - collection can be made within 5 working days, on Monday to Friday (except Public Holiday), between 12pm to 4pm. Collections on Saturdays are between 10am-1pm only.

How can I track my orders?

For orders shipped via 3PL partners, a tracking number will be provided when your order is ready to ship. 

Most orders are shipped using Aramex, the exceptions being cold brew delivery and subscription orders which uses our own fleet and Singpost Postal Mail respectively. If your order is shipped with either of these 2 methods, write in to should you have any questions about your order.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship only to addresses in Singapore. We are in the midst of exploring international shipping options, so stay tuned!

Alternatively, you may choose to use freight forwarders like vPost to send your orders overseas. You will need to make these arrangements yourself. Bettr Coffee Co. will not be liable for any damage, lost of mail, or additional costs incurred for international shipping made under these conditions. Orders delivered internationally via freight forwarding are not covered for exchange, returns, or refunds.
