WHAT HAPPENS IF THERE'S BEEN A DELIVERY MISHAP TO MY ORDER? (DAMAGED OR LOST DELIVERY)

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDERS & PAYMENT?

Most deliveries will be sent via Singpost and therefore will not have any tracking features During checkout, delivery options with parcel tracking are available as an add-on. (2-3 working days courier and same day delivery)

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE AFTER I MAKE PAYMENT?

There are a few options for delivery speed: Singpost (2-5 working days), 2-3 days courier or same day courier - pertaining that the order was placed before 3pm Orders may be delayed for a few reasons: Awaiting fresh batch of coffee beans to be roasted / Out of stock - we will update you promptly / Order placed on Public holidays or weekends

HOW DO YOU SHIP MY ORDERS?

Orders will be sent via Singpost unless other delivery options has been selected. Some orders may be sent by courier via Bettr Barista's discretion

WHAT IS THE MINIMUM ORDER FOR FREE DELIVERY?

Purchases above $50 would qualify for free delivery.

WHAT ARE THE POSSIBLE PAYMENT METHODS?

CAN I PAY CASH UPON RECEIVING MY ORDERS?

We will strictly only send orders once payment has been received.

WILL I GET REFUNDED IF THE PRODUCT RECEIVED IS UNSATISFACTORY?

CAN I DO A SELF COLLECTION?

Yes - Self collection is available at our coffee academy. Alternative arrangements at our other retail branches may be arrange, give us a shoutout at hello@bettrbarista.com and our staff will reach out to you to help arrange this.

CAN I ORDER 1KG COFFEE BEANS?

Currently we only package our coffee beans in 250g bags.

CAN I REQUEST MY COFFEE TO BE GRINDED AND PACKED?

Yes! Give us a shoutout at hello@bettrbarista.com and our staff will reach out to you to help resolve this. Kindly note that grinding and re-sealing might cause a slight weight lost due to the grinding process
